During our trips to the orphanage we are often accompanied by our local tour guide and translator Chai. We met Chai on our first humanitarian visit shortly after the tsunami. As a local his knowledge of the area and his contacts within it are what enabled us to establish a base for our charity on the ground in Thailand.

Chai has worked as a tour guide since leaving school and alongside the humanitarian trips he also organises trips for holidaymakers throughout the South of Thailand. if you are considering a trip to Thailand whether it be business, charity work or pleasure Chai can make all the arrangements you will need.

The Fun4Kids Project is based in the town of Khao Lak in the Phang Nga province of Southern Thailand. The project has been established to improve the lives of local children, both Thai and Burmese by maintaining and brightening up their learning centres and building and erecting playground furniture..

There are no fees for volunteering with Fun4Kids, just come along and help the children have fun, but you will have to pay for your own food and accommodation. Transportation to the work sites is provided. We will be happy to advise you on accommodation in Khao-Lak to suit your budget.
